How this game works
Secret factions elect leaders. Leaders discard and enact policies. Alliance wins at 5 Unity; Syndicate at 6 Control, or by electing the Shadow after 3 Control.
Every format has its own capacity and configuration. Hosts control the room and reveal timing. Network and accessibility needs vary; test your chosen game before a large event.
