Account-required hosting; account-free guest play; private couples invitations, approval and comfort controls; optional feedback; role-gated publishing; AI disclosures; scoped self-service export; preference deletion; browser-data clearing; public product, pricing and policy pages.
Operator decisions required
Publish the legal service operator and monitored privacy, safety and support contacts. Identify launch countries and age eligibility. Obtain legal review of terms, privacy, lawful bases, special-category risks, consumer rights, children’s access and applicable AI/content rules. Establish request fulfillment and complete account deletion.
Operational work required
Set retention and backup schedules, implement expired-record cleanup, confirm hosting/AI/media contracts and data regions, document subprocessors and transfers, incident response and moderation appeals. Add measured production abuse/rate controls and complete independent security/accessibility testing.
Platform limits
The product is a responsive web app/PWA. Native app-store submission, purchase systems, complete account deletion and native privacy declarations have not been completed. Live audio/video remains unavailable until its provider is configured and tested. A policy page does not itself satisfy platform review or every jurisdiction’s law.
Release standard
Use the current beta for controlled, consenting group play. Resolve the items above before claiming broad commercial or native-app readiness. Validate the venue network and selected game before a large event. No market-leading, legal-compliance or relationship-outcome guarantee is made.
